The Mighty World of the Apple

apples are good for you they make you strong and heathly and you can throw them at people if you dont like them, but.they may throw them back at you, or they may eat them. you can use them as toy hand grenades if you wish.

but they dont make good wheels for your car, or make your cat happy, i have never seen a cat eat an apple, maybe they dont like them, but i think they like the trees that gorw them.

apples fall on your head when you sit under a tree and make you think about things.

some are green and some are red, some are nice to eat and some are not.

some have bugs in and some do not

you can shoot them off your head with a crossbow, but please kids dont try this at home you could miss and hurt the apple head

have one today and be heathly happier and sound that you are keeping apple growers in business, and the truck drivers who bring them to the supermakets or shops, i like to buy them and never steal them.

here are two happy apples waiting for their next victim, see how they shine see how innocent they look, but, we know what they are up to, we have seen it all before.

why do teachers teach ? who teachers them to be teachers, a teachers teacher? all very confusing to me

i once met a man on his way to work

so buy an apple today and keep the bugs at bay, or buy 2 one for now and one for later

the clever bits

a fesh apple will float in water, but, a not fresh apple will sink !

vitamins in an apple

A raw unpeeled apple has Vitamin A and C, and small amounts of most of the B vitamins especially folate, and also Vitamin E.

now I bet you did not know that...if you dont like apples then why not try a yummy banana, they are just as good if not better, and will be very good for you, and will also keep you very heathly and happy, there are of course other fruit but you will have to make your mind up, whcih fruit you want to eat, because thats the way it is. so a banana a day keep thebanana growers happy. fancy a cream bun, then dont, unless you cut up a banana and put that on top.

Apples contain both insoluble and soluble fiber. One medium (5 ounces) unpeeled apple provides over 3 grams of fiber, more than 10% of the daily fiber intake recommended by experts. Even without its peel, a medium apple provides 2.7 grams of fiber.

Apple"s two types of fiber pack a double punch that can knock down cholesterol levels, reducing your risk of hardening of the arteries, heart attack, and stroke.

Apple"s insoluble fiber works like bran, latching on to LDL cholesterol in the digestive tract and removing it from the body, while apple"s soluble fiber pectin reduces the amount of LDL cholesterol produced in the liver. Adding just one large apple (about 2/3 of a pound) to the daily diet has been shown to decrease serum cholesterol 8-11%. Eating 2 large apples a day has lowered cholesterol levels by up to 16%!
