this is why they are good for you, unless you dont like them and they make you sick, in which case dont eat them have an apple instead. or if you like been sick eat one and get a day off work or school or something like that. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 & C
bananas are a good source of potassium as well, vitamin K, you should eat one every day for good cardiac health. that was a bit boring, but, not if you want to take all those vitamins in eating the said banana. so its heathly, good for you and you can use it as a pretend gun, not that you should play with pretends guns or real guns, so pretend its a lazer gun and since these dont exisit it does not matter cos they will not work anyway. did you have a swing in the garden as a child, do you ever sniff jelly up your nose ? or forget to clean your teeth or brush your hair, i think that if you stay young then all is better, but, if you grow old before you get young, then its time to sing in the bath, with or wihout water as i think this will not effect your singing at all, unless you are under the water, then its best not to try and sing, and it will sound horrible and will hurt you big time. so take your vitamins in fresh fruit they do say, (and i have never met they) that you should eact five fresh fruit and that kind of stuff a day to keep you well, so i think you better follow that advice, as it must be true or they would not say it. visit the apple for more excting bits of life saving material, and i think hes very lonely and very tired. 123 Bananas are very healthy to eat.
