Through the art of Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy I help individuals find the best possible solutions for maintaining a healthy life balance. I feel honoured to work with individuals and help them achieve wonderful results – results that never stop surprising me. I completed my course at the prestigious Pontypool College of Higher Education – one of the leaders and highly respected pioneers of holistic bodywork. I utilise a wide range of different massage techniques tailored for each person’s individual needs. Techniques include Deeper Tissue Massage, Holistic Massage, Sport´s Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage and also Aromatherapy Massage. My approach to massage is to focus on your needs with intention that allows me to use different tones, depth, intensity and speed within a session tailored to your needs. My Alternative Therapies and Wellness treatments have been very popular here on the coast and I have been proud to work with Beauty Clinics, Health Spas, Sport"s Centres, all have found as well as having a healing effect my therapies have also been relaxing and remedial.
