How Not to Boil an Egg
 
                        Do not boil extremely fresh eggs while making hard boiled eggs as they are every difficult to peel.
 
Do not boil eggs directly after taking it from the refrigerator and do not boil eggs before letting them to reach the room temperature.
 
Do not drop the eggs directly to the pan because dropping the egg might break the egg.
 
Do not add too much of water in the sauce pan to boil the eggs and do not use smaller pan to boil the eggs as the eggs will jump around and crack. You should not boil the egg without covering the pan with a lid because without a lid the water and the eggs won’t boil easily. Never take the eggs out of the pan suddenly but let it be there in the simmering water for about 12 minutes. 
 
Do not hit hardly on the egg to peel the eggs, give a gentle whack to the side of the pan so that each egg has only one or two cracks.
 
Do not take the eggs out of the cool water suddenly after running cool water in to the pan; you have to wait for 2 to 5 minutes at least.
 
Do not remove the cracked shell in haste but to place the hard boiled egg on a hard surface. Roll it back and forth by applying a very slight amount of pressure and crack the shell under cool running water.
 
Do not refrigerate peeled eggs as hard boiled eggs still in their shell can be stored in the refrigerator for about five days.
 
                        In case of soft boiled eggs same steps have to be follow but do not boil the eggs like in the case of hard boiled eggs. For soft boiled eggs do not boil it for less than four minutes and boil the eggs according to the needs.
 
Do not guess the time to boil an egg, always use a kitchen timer.
 
Do not reduce the heat before the water starts boiling.
 
Do not break the soft boiled egg by hitting or whacking instead crack the eggs with a small spoon and consume directly from the shell.
 
Do not keep the soft boiled egg in your hands; place it in an egg cup.
 
Do not start boiling the eggs in a low temperature.
 
Do not pierce the egg in such way that it crack, pierce the egg with a needle to help the air to escape.
 
Do not overcook the egg as it changes the appearance of the yolk. The discoloration of the yolk is not healthful due to overcooking.
 
Do not peel the eggs while the water has temperature, make sure that the water is icy cold. It is not advisable to put the eggs from hot water to extremely cold water quickly.
